30 minutes of full body strength and conditioning- circuits based session with Debbie. 30 Minutes full body stretch out of your warm muscles with Jenny. This shorted mid-week session gives your bod everything you need right when you need a bit of a boost mid week! One full session online all you need to do is join us on zoom!

Cancellation Policy

Online classes/ recording packages are non- refundable as all classes (excluding free ones) are recorded from the instructors screen, and are available for at least 24 hours after the live session if you request this in advance. (Stretch and strength classes are all recorded and sent out as standard- info on individual classes) Please get in touch if you have any major issues :) Any in person classes must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance- if weather does not permit classes to go ahead- payments will be refunded or you can postpone your booking.
