If you have some experience in any aerial or pole already- the chances are you'll have some of those lovely transferrable skills, or maybe you've done some silks before but have had a break! So while we will still go from the very basics as you need alllll of that goodness for good silks practice, this class may be slightly faster paced than the complete beginners course. Learn how to move and hold yourself in the silks; build strength, stamina, confidence and technique, and make some beautiful shapes. Each class will include a full warm up, and cool down, and loads of fun in the middle! Just 2 participants to a set of silks (8 spaces in total), each session is 70 minutes. Sessions are at 6.45- 7.55pm on Wednesday evenings starting from April the 27th.
Online classes/ recording packages are non- refundable as all classes (excluding free ones) are recorded from the instructors screen, and are available for at least 24 hours after the live session. Please get in touch if you have any major issues :) Any in person classes must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund of a class credit, or payment at our discretion (minus paypal fees) - if weather does not permit classes to go ahead in case of outdoor classes - payments will be refunded or you can postpone your booking. Please do not attend your class if you are experiencing symptoms of covid-19, have recently come into contact with someone who has tested positive, or are awaiting test results. No matter when you give us notice for this your class will be postponed for any date after 7 days of the cancelled class, but please do try to cancel as soon as you are aware so the space can possibly be released to someone else.
