When your size is out of stock, you will notice we also have a pre-order
To order your size - select Pre-order in the size selection box of your chosen garment and go through the checkout as usual- just make sure you add your size!
Your order will then be made and sent to you within 5 weeks, sometimes much sooner! Please note: Pre-ordered items will be sent alongside any items ordered which are in stock, unless a separate order/ delivery payment is made to get these sooner.
Pre-order current lead time now 2 weeks depending on size of order.
If your size is in stock your order will be sent via first class Royal Mail signed for service in the UK, and should usually arrive with you within 3-5 business days. (Peak seasons and conditions outwith our control may make it a bit longer, but we'll try and let you know when this is the case!)
Pre-orders will also be sent out on this service once the items have been made. You will be notified when it has been dispatched, and at this point Royal Mail suggest their aim is to deliver the next working day, including Saturdays.
International Deliveries will be sent on a tracked and signed for first class service with Royal Mail where possible (and will be passed to your local postal service to reach you!) and should arrive within 14 business days from dispatch. We are not responsible for any customs/ duty fees which may be added to your order when it reaches your country.
We know all too well that sometimes things just don't work out with the clothing you set your heart on. So if it's not for you when you receive your item(s), we can help.
Please only try on items over underwear. Avoid marking with deodorant, make up etc as any signs of marking or otherwise, will result in a return not being accepted. Items must be returned in unworn, unwashed, as-new condition, and will be checked thoroughly. If a return is received not in this condition you will have the choice of it being sent back to you at your own expense, or it being destroyed.
If this is still the case and you wish to return an item, please get in touch with us to begin the process. We will send you a returns form for you to fill in and include in your parcel, which must be secure, clearly addressed, and we recommend sent through a trackable service as we cannot process returns for items not received. Return postage cost is to be covered by the customer, unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part. (As a small business we hope this will not be the case.. but mistakes happen to everyone!) Returns must be dispatched to us within 14 days or them being delivered, outwith this time they will not be accepted.
If your item was in stock, a full refund or replacement size can be selected. Please allow a few days for the funds to arrive in your account after we process any refund.
If you pre-order an item returns can only be processed on an exchange basis, choosing either another size or style.
For custom items (e.g. the lonesome leotard with variable size combinations) we do not accept returns unless the item is faulty.
